  1. Seal Master SSM is a purely side sealing machine.

  3. Most suitable for HMHDPE; PP; PVC(Rigid); LDPE; etc. Efficient for thin as well as thick tubuler webs.
  4. Arrangement for side slitting and centre slitting.
  5. Pyrometric temperature controller with thermo couple to maintain required sealer temperature.
  6. Static eliminator with four probes is provided.
  7. DC motorised unwinder with web tension control system.
  8. No electronic system, except DC Drives, makes easy to maintain the machine.
  9. Best mechanical clutch and brake for accurate lengths, non interrupted longer running.
  10. Machine is fitted with Helical gearbox for troubleless operation.
  11. All gears used in machine are made out of steel, no breakage of gears, no down time in process.
